Project Overview
Through Santa Clara University’s Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative (NPI), I teamed up with fellow business students to support Los Dogos, a Sonoran-style hot dog vendor bringing bold flavors to the streets of San Jose. Our work focused on helping relaunch the business with a strong foundation — ensuring legal compliance, supporting profitability, and creating a distinct brand identity. We successfully relaunched the business and set it up for sustainable growth within the community.
My Contributions
I collaborated closely with my teammates and the business owner to bring Los Dogos’ vision to life. I led the creation of the brand’s visual identity — designing a logo, choosing brand colors and fonts, and building a cohesive look across digital platforms. I also developed the website, created social media assets, and helped recover access to key accounts. Throughout the project, I worked to ensure our contributions reflected the business’s unique personality while supporting the team’s shared goals.
